300 squats per day is the max allowable number of squats. Rollover or averaging is not allowed. WHY?? We want to help you create healthy habits!! Over-doing anything puts you at risk for injury – we want you to be healthy so you can continue on your journey!
Sooooo? 3000 squats are a lot of squats!! So – average 100 per day…OR…start with 30 per day and increase 5 each day. At the end of 30 days you will have completed 3,075 squats and built that booty!!
You don’t have to do them all at once each day if you are unable to…just do as many as you can a few times per day. The more you do in a single set the more results – but we won’t hate you if you use it as an excuse just to get y0ur blood moving through out the day!
