90 minutes per day is the max allowable number of minutes. Rollover or averaging is not allowed. WHY?? We want to help you create healthy habits!! Exercising a reasonable amount several times per week is a much better habit than trying to over exercise to just win a bet or challenge!
We do ask that your exercise is purposeful and intentional exercise. Normal routine and daily tasks should not be counted. If you already mow the yard (even push mow) or do the house work – you should strive to create a habit of intentional exercise as well! PS – if you are already doing those things and they aren’t helping you meet your goals then ask yourself if you should really count them? OUCH…#sorrynotsorry!
